We built the Behind The Scenes site from zero in under an hour today. Two CMS collections, page templates, dynamic bindings, a reusable header and footer, the lot.
The obvious headline is "AI can build a Webflow site fast." That's not the real lesson.
The real lesson is what that speed does to a project timeline. If your product depends on a dynamic site, one that pulls from a CMS and displays it properly, the bottleneck has always been the engineering and the plumbing. Defining the schema. Building the templates. Wiring the CMS collection through to the display. That's usually where the days or weeks go, not in deciding what you actually want.
Today that gap collapsed to roughly the length of the conversation about what we wanted. The planning still mattered, what goes in Notes versus Shares, where the audience split lives, that still took real thought. But the distance between "we've decided on the structure" and "it's live and bound to a CMS" basically disappeared.
That's the takeaway. Not that AI builds websites quickly. It's that the time to market for anything depending on a dynamic build just got a lot shorter, and even someone who doesn't know Webflow inside out can drive it.
